What we do

Hands-on care, and homework that fits your week.

  • AdjustmentsHands-on, or with a gentle instrument if you’d rather skip the pop. We tell you what we’re about to do before we do it.
  • Exams and posture checksMovement, strength, reflexes and posture photos. The plan comes from what we find, not from a script at the front desk.
  • Home exercise plansTwo or three exercises that fit inside a commercial break, sent to your phone with short videos.
  • Massage therapySixty minutes with [Name], LMT, our licensed massage therapist. Book it on its own or right after an adjustment.
  • Sports injuriesRunners, lifters, hikers and pickleball converts. We check how you move and get you back to it, with a referral when imaging or a specialist is the right call.
  • Desk and work strainThe 3 pm neck and the end-of-shift back. Stretches, a few workstation changes and a plan you can do between meetings.

Prices

Pay per visit. No contracts, no prepaying.

Plenty of offices push a prepaid package on day one. We don’t sell them. You pay for the visit you had, and your plan tells you roughly how many to expect.

Insurance: [the plans Kestrel is in-network with]. For anything else, you get an itemized receipt to submit yourself.

Seen from the back. Tap a spot on the figure, or pick one from the list.

Lower back · what we’d look at

The most common reason people call us. Usually a strain or stiff joints; sometimes a nerve is involved.

Common causes we check for

  • A lifting strain: the classic “it went out”
  • Long sitting and not much moving
  • Stiff joints in the low back or pelvis
  • An irritated nerve sending pain down the leg

What your first visit checks

  • How you bend, twist, sit and stand up
  • Leg strength, reflexes and sensation
  • Hip and pelvis movement

See a medical doctor first if you have

  • Loss of bladder or bowel control, or numbness in the groin or inner thighs: go to the ER now
  • Leg weakness that’s getting worse
  • Back pain after a serious fall or car accident

Anywhere on the body: new numbness or weakness, loss of bladder or bowel control, or pain after a serious accident means a medical doctor or the ER first. In an emergency, call 911.

General information, not a diagnosis or medical advice. Dr. [Name], DC, examines you before recommending anything, and refers you out when that’s the better call.

The part people warn you about

No 36-visit packages. A plan with an end date.

You’ve heard the stories: a contract on the first visit, three adjustments a week, forever. We’d rather you leave with homework than a payment plan.

Book a first visit
  • A re-check at visit sixWe measure again against your first exam. Better? We space visits out or stop. Not better? We change the plan or refer you.
  • Homework that worksTwo or three exercises with short videos on your phone, so the days between visits count too.
  • We’ll refer you outIf your exam points to imaging, a physician or a physical therapist, we say so and send you to the right person. [Referral partners go here.]
  • Nothing to prepayNo contracts and no “save 20% when you buy 24 visits.” You pay for each visit, and the membership is optional.

How a plan works

From first visit to done, in four steps.

  1. 01First visitAn hour: what’s going on, an exam, posture photos, and an adjustment only if it’s appropriate.
  2. 02A plan with a numberWhat we found in plain English, how many visits we expect, and what you can do at home.
  3. 03Visits and homeworkShort visits, two or three exercises between them, and a text reminder the day before.
  4. 04Re-check, then doneAt visit six we measure against day one. Better means fewer visits or none. Not better means a new plan or a referral.

Questions we hear on first visits

Straight answers, no sales pitch.

Do I need a referral or x-rays first?

Most people need neither to start. If your exam suggests you need imaging, we’ll explain why and [order it or refer you to a local imaging center: the practice’s real setup goes here].

Does an adjustment hurt? What’s the popping?

Most people feel pressure, then not much else. The pop is gas releasing from the joint, the same thing that happens when you crack your knuckles. Rather skip it? We can use a gentle instrument or stretching instead.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on what the exam finds, so we give you our estimate at the end of the first visit and re-check after six. Some people need one or two visits. Nobody is asked to prepay for a stack of them.

Do you take insurance?

[The plans Kestrel is in-network with go here.] For other plans, we give you an itemized receipt to submit yourself. [Auto accident and workers’ comp details go here.]

What should I wear?

Something you can move in: gym clothes, or jeans with some stretch. You stay dressed for adjustments. Leave the big belt buckle at home.

Can you help after a car accident?

See a medical doctor or go to the ER first, especially with head, neck or back pain, numbness or a headache that won’t quit. Once you’ve been checked, bring the paperwork and we’ll work alongside your doctor.

When should I see a medical doctor instead?

New numbness or weakness, loss of bladder or bowel control, pain after a serious accident, or pain with a fever, chest pain or trouble breathing: see a medical doctor or go to the ER first. In an emergency, call 911.

Is massage separate from the adjustments?

Yes. Book a 60-minute massage on its own or right after an adjustment. [Name], LMT, runs the massage room, and the membership includes one massage a month.

Web Rescue · Why this page works

What’s on this page, and why it’s there.

  • One clear first stepA chiropractic office grows one first visit at a time, so “Book a first visit” is the coral button in the header, the hero, the tool, the close and the bar on phones, with the price beside it. People hurting right now get a call button and the soonest-spot door.
  • Three kinds of hurt, three doorsA back that just went out, a neck that’s been stiff for a year and a gym or work injury arrive with different urgency. Each gets a door, and the hurting-now door calls for the soonest opening instead of browsing the calendar.
  • The skepticism, namedThe biggest worry about chiropractors is the plan that never ends. The dark section answers it with a re-check at visit six, home exercises, referrals and no prepaid packages, and the price list backs it up.
  • A tool that knows its limitsThe body map turns “where it hurts” into what the first visit checks, and it says plainly when to see a medical doctor or go to the ER instead. Showing the red flags is the responsible thing to do, and it’s what makes the rest believable.
  • An optional membership, honestly placedRecurring revenue matters, so the monthly membership is the marked best value for regulars, with the math shown. It’s offered after a plan, never on day one, so it doesn’t undercut the no-pressure promise.
  • Health copy that doesn’t overpromiseNo cure claims and no promised results. Provider names and licenses are placeholders until they’re real, prices are labeled as samples, and a general-information disclaimer sits with the tool, the form and the footer.

On a real site, this homepage is page one.

A sample is only the homepage. A client site built from it adds these pages, and the homepage links to each one.

  • A page for each concernNeck, low back, shoulders, sports injuries and desk strain, each answering its own search, with the same honest red flags.
  • New patient pageWhat happens at the first visit, what to wear, the forms and where to park.
  • Meet the doctor and massage therapistReal names, credentials, training and photos, so patients know who they’ll see.
  • Insurance, auto and workers’ compWhich plans the office takes and how claims work, in plain English.
  • Online booking with real openingsA scheduling system that shows true availability and sends text reminders.
