What we do
Checkups to crowns, for every age in the house.
- Cleanings and examsA gentle cleaning, a real exam and the x-rays you’re due for. You see the photos, and we tell you what’s healthy, not only what isn’t.
- Kids’ dentistryFirst visits from the first tooth, back-to-back appointments for siblings, and a prize drawer that has honestly gotten out of hand.
- Fillings and crownsTooth-colored fillings, and a crown when a filling won’t hold. You see the cracked tooth on the screen and the price before we start.
- Emergency visitsToothaches, broken teeth and crowns that came off at dinner. We hold same-day spots every weekday; call rather than booking online.
- WhiteningIn the chair or with take-home trays, after a cleaning so we’re whitening clean, healthy teeth. You pick the shade with us.
- Clear alignersStraighter teeth for teens and adults, without metal braces. A consult with photos and a scan shows what’s possible and what it costs.
- ImplantsA permanent fix for a missing tooth, planned here with photos and a scan. [Placed in-house or by a partner oral surgeon: the practice’s real setup goes here.]
- Not sure what you need?Describe it to the front desk. We’ll book the right visit, for the right amount of time, with the right price attached. (480) 555-0127
Prices
What a visit costs, before you sit down.
Insurance or not, you should know the number first. With a PPO plan, we check your benefits before the visit and tell you what you’ll owe. Without one, these are the prices.
Treatment beyond a cleaning always comes as a written plan with prices. You say yes before anything starts.

If it’s been a while
Been a few years? You’ll get a cleaning, not a lecture.
Most people who skip the dentist aren’t careless. They had one rough visit, one surprise bill, or one lecture too many. Here’s what’s different in this chair.

Questions we hear at the front desk
Short answers, before you book.
I don’t have dental insurance. Can I still come in?
Of course. Pay the prices on this page visit by visit, or join the membership: $29 a month covers two cleanings and exams, x-rays and an emergency exam, and takes 15% off treatment. The calculator above shows which one costs less for your year.
Do you take my insurance?
Sprucewood is in-network with [the PPO plans the practice accepts] and files claims with most other PPO plans. Send your plan details when you book, and we check your benefits before the visit so the price isn’t a surprise.
It’s been years since my last cleaning. Is that a problem?
Not to us. It’s one of the most common things we hear. The first visit might take a little longer, and you’ll get a plan that starts with what matters most. No lecture comes with it.
When should my child first see a dentist?
Pediatric dentists usually recommend a first visit by the first birthday, or within six months of the first tooth. It’s short and mostly about getting comfortable in the chair. Siblings can be booked back to back.
What counts as a dental emergency?
A bad toothache, a broken or knocked-out tooth, a lost filling or crown, or a swollen face or gums. Call as early in the day as you can; same-day spots go first. For a knocked-out adult tooth, keep it in milk and call right away.
When should I go to the ER instead?
Swelling with a fever, swelling that spreads toward your eye or down your neck, or any trouble breathing or swallowing: go to the ER or call 911 first. Those can’t wait for a dental chair. Come see us once you’re safe.
I get really nervous at the dentist. What can you do?
Tell us when you book. We agree on a stop signal before we start, take breaks whenever you want, numb slowly, and explain each step before it happens. [Whether the practice offers nitrous oxide or other sedation goes here.]
Can I book the whole family at once?
Yes. Pick “Something else” on the form and tell us who’s coming, or call. We line up back-to-back visits so it’s one trip, not four.

Rather just talk?
(480) 555-0127The front desk answers Monday to Thursday, 7 am to 6 pm, and Friday mornings. Toothache? Call first thing; same-day spots go early.
Booking for the whole family? One call lines everyone up back to back.

Web Rescue · Why this page works
What’s on this page, and why it’s there.
- Booking is the main buttonA dental office fills its schedule one appointment at a time, so “Book a visit” is the apricot button in the header, the hero, the tool, the close and the bar under every thumb. Calling stays one tap away for people who’d rather talk.
- Three patients, three doorsA new patient, someone with a toothache and a family due for cleanings want different things. Each gets a door, and the toothache door calls instead of booking, because nobody in pain wants to fill out a form.
- The dread, namedDental anxiety and the lecture about how long it’s been keep people away for years. The dark section says so out loud and answers it: comfort options, slow numbing, photos on the screen and prices before any work.
- No insurance isn’t a dead endPatients without insurance often assume they can’t afford a dentist. Prices on the page, a membership marked as the best value, and a calculator that admits when the membership doesn’t pay off earn the booking. Memberships are also steady monthly revenue for the practice.
- A form that asks for lessFive fields: name, phone, the visit, insurance and good times. No health details, which belong in secure intake forms, not a website form. The insurance question lets the front desk check benefits before the patient arrives.
- Careful where it countsHealth sites earn trust by not overselling: no promised results, the dentist’s name and license as placeholders until they’re real, sample prices labeled as samples, and an ER-first line for swelling with a fever.
On a real site, this homepage is page one.
A sample is only the homepage. A client site built from it adds these pages, and the homepage links to each one.
- A page for each serviceCleanings, kids, fillings and crowns, emergencies, whitening, clear aligners and implants, each answering its own search.
- New patientsWhat to expect, the forms, parking and the insurance list, so the first visit holds no surprises.
- Insurance and membershipThe PPO plans the office takes, and membership sign-up with the full terms in plain words.
- Meet the dentist and teamDr. [Name]’s background, and real photos of the people at the front desk and in the chair.
- Secure patient formsMedical history and consent through a HIPAA-ready forms service, linked from the confirmation text.
