What we fix

The six calls that keep our vans busy.

  • Water heatersTank and tankless, gas and electric. Repairs, flushes and same-day replacements. Hard Valley water wears tanks out early, so we check yours for the signs.
  • Drains and sewer linesKitchen, tub and main-line clogs cleared, then a camera look so you know why it clogged. Roots, sags and broken pipe, shown to you on screen.
  • Leaks and slab leaksElectronic leak detection finds the leak under the slab or behind the wall before anyone cuts. Then we open the smallest patch we can.
  • Whole-home repipesPEX repipes for houses with pinhole leaks in old copper or gray polybutylene pipe. Most homes take two to three days, drywall patched.
  • Softeners and drinking waterValley water is famously hard. A softener protects every fixture and heater in the house; reverse osmosis gives you better water at the kitchen tap.
  • Toilets, faucets and disposalsRunning toilets, dripping faucets, a disposal that just hums. Bring your own fixture or pick one of ours; either way the old one leaves with us.

Most likely a repair.

On a gas tank it’s usually the pilot, the thermocouple or the gas control valve.

Local, and picking up

Based in Mesa. Working the whole East Valley.

Kingsnake is a local crew, not a national franchise or a call center selling your number. The person who answers works here, and the plumber who shows up is ours. Named for the snake that eats rattlesnakes, and the tool that eats clogs. [The owner’s story and a photo of the crew go here.]

Questions we hear on every call

Straight answers, before you call.

Do you charge more at night or on weekends?

Same flat price book, plus one after-hours fee that we tell you on the phone before we head over. You never find an “emergency rate” on the invoice you didn’t hear about first.

How fast can you get here?

Most East Valley calls get a plumber the same day. Water on the floor goes to the front of the line, day or night, and you get a real arrival window by text, not “sometime this afternoon.”

Why do water heaters die so fast here?

Hard water. Minerals settle in the bottom of the tank, the burner works harder to heat through them, and the tank wears out years early. A yearly flush helps; a softener helps more.

What is a slab leak, and how would I know?

A leak in a water line under your concrete floor. Signs: a warm spot on the floor, the sound of running water with everything off, or a water bill that jumped. We find it with electronic leak detection, not a jackhammer.

Should I fix one more leak or repipe the house?

If you’ve had more than one pinhole leak in a year, or the house still has gray polybutylene pipe, a PEX repipe usually costs less than chasing leaks. We’ll show you the math both ways and let you choose.

Do I have to be home?

For the first visit, yes, or another adult. For bigger jobs like a repipe, plenty of customers leave us a lockbox code and get photo updates through the day.

Web Rescue · Why this page works

What’s on this page, and why it’s there.

  • The phone is the moneyFor a plumber, calls are the business. “Call now” is the red button in the header, the hero, the tool, the close and a thumb-reachable bar on phones. Booking online is always the quieter second choice.
  • Two kinds of trouble, two doorsWater on the floor and a slow drain are different visitors. The emergency door says what to do in the next five minutes; the others book a time or an estimate, so nobody reads the whole page to find theirs.
  • Prices before the callPrice is the question nobody wants to ask. Ranges and a flat-price promise answer it up front, and the yearly club sits right under them as the marked best value, because memberships are a plumber’s steadiest money. The numbers here are samples.
  • The fear, namedPeople dread the surprise invoice and the muddy boots. The dark section says it out loud and answers it with a flat price approved first, boot covers, photos and a written warranty.
  • The most common question, answered“Repair or replace my water heater?” is the call plumbers get most. The tool answers it in three taps and ends with the right button: call now if water is escaping, book a visit if it isn’t.
  • Built for one thumb at 2 amBig condensed type, tap-to-call everywhere, and a booking form that asks for name and phone first because this visitor is in a hurry. No photos needed to look sharp, so it launches before the photo shoot.

On a real site, this homepage is page one.

A sample is only the homepage. A client site built from it adds these pages, and the homepage links to each one.

  • A page for each serviceWater heaters, drains, slab leaks, repipes, softeners and fixtures, each answering its own search.
  • A page for each townMesa, Gilbert, Chandler and the rest, so “plumber in Gilbert” lands on a Gilbert page.
  • An emergency pageBuilt for the middle-of-the-night search: shut-off steps first, the phone number second, nothing else.
  • Prices and the clubThe full flat-rate price book, and membership sign-up in a few taps.
  • Reviews and the crewReal Google reviews, and the plumbers who show up, with names and photos.
  • Business markup for GooglePlumber schema with hours, area and phone. Left off this sample on purpose, because the business is fictional.
