Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use the Web Rescue website, free tools and client portal, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we do
- Every page works with a keyboard, and you can always see where the focus is.
- Buttons and links are at least 44 by 44 pixels, so they’re easy to tap.
- Text and buttons meet WCAG contrast levels in light and dark mode.
- You can switch between light and dark mode in the website header, or in Settings in the client portal.
- Pages still work when you zoom to 200% or make text larger.
- We follow your device’s reduce motion setting.
- Images that carry meaning have text descriptions, and videos have captions.
- Forms have clear labels, explain errors next to the field, and keep what you typed if something goes wrong.
- We stop spam with Cloudflare Turnstile, so you never have to solve a visual puzzle.
The sites we build
Websites we build for clients are designed to the same WCAG 2.2 AA standard, and every recurring plan includes compliance monitoring.
How we check
We check pages with automated accessibility tools, and we test key tasks, like booking a call, requesting a Website Blueprint and signing in to the portal, with a keyboard and a screen reader before we publish.
Known limits
- Some screens come from other companies, like Stripe’s payment page and Google Calendar booking. We choose providers with accessible tools, but we can’t fully control them.
- Some older PDF files may not be fully accessible. Ask us, and we’ll send the information in another format.

If anything is hard to use, please tell us which page and what happened. Email support@mywebrescue.com, use the contact form on our Contact page, or book a call. We respond within 5 hours, and we can help you finish any task another way, such as by phone or email.
