The hero and the mission

The No Labels Party of Arizona wants to give Arizonans more choices, more competition and a stronger voice in government by recruiting independent-minded candidates and voters.

Thousands of people visit every day: voters looking for information, candidates looking for help and volunteers looking for a way to pitch in. The site is built to send each of them to the right next step.

Behind the website we built an entire foundation for the party, including a custom CRM, and we manage its social media, email marketing stack and Google Admin.

What the site does

  • A custom CRM

Candidates, email marketing, volunteers and more are managed in one system built for the party, so the team runs the whole operation from one place.

  • Join, volunteer, contribute

Three clear ways in, each with its own form and follow-up.

  • Candidates and resources

Endorsed candidates get profiles that link to their campaigns, and prospective candidates get a Run for Office path and resource library.

  • Events

A public calendar with individual event pages and automatic reminder emails.

  • Newsroom

Posts publish on the site and announce themselves to subscribers by email.

  • Email done properly

Welcome emails, a preference center and one-click unsubscribe, sent from the party's own domain.

The influences behind the design

  • American civic imagery, handled with restraint

A flag and a crowd of people fill the hero, under a deep navy wash so the headline stays sharp and the mood stays hopeful.

  • The Arizona sunburst

The logo's rising-sun star sets the palette. Navy, gold and red are sampled directly from the official mark.

  • Movement energy over party formality

A big, bold grotesk headline with a typewriter effect and rounded gold buttons feel like an invitation, not a bureaucracy.
